Michelle Lee, PharmD, BCCCP

Scientific Manager

Dr. Yeunju (Michelle) Lee joined ECIR in October 2022. She holds a Doctorate of Pharmacy degree from the University of Houston College of Pharmacy and completed her post-graduate year (PGY) one training in pharmacy practice as well as PGY two training in critical care at Memorial Hermann – Texas Medical Center in Houston, Texas. She then practiced as a critical care clinical pharmacy specialist in trauma, surgical, pulmonary, and medical critical care areas for several years. She is board certified in critical care pharmacy (BCCCP). Her clinical areas of expertise include surgical and pulmonary critical care, artificial organ support, cardiology, and infectious diseases. She also has several publications in her clinical practice areas as well as leadership experiences by actively participating and leading several institutional committees. She also enjoyed precepting and training pharmacy interns and residents for past 9 years. She brings her clinical experience and extensive collaboration experience with various healthcare professionals to the Scientific Manager role to develop effective medical communication and strategy development. Outside of work, her interests include indoor cycling, cooking Korean food, traveling, and spending time with her family. She lives in greater Houston area in Texas with her husband, their two boys, and their two dogs.
